Job OverviewThe Identity and Access Management team is seeking a high level engineer with significant experience with LDAP and automation. This role is focused on an evolving directory infrastructure to aid global engineering needs leveraging LDAP. A deep understanding and working knowledge of LDAP, global infrastructures, data replication, data synchronization, automated infrastructure deployments and identity governance is a must. You will also be required to architect and mature directory services as the needs of the business requires.Primary Responsibilities include:Continued maturate of global LDAP infrastructuresDevelopment of automation Tier 3 support for a global support organizationRepresentative as an LDAP expert for the Identity and Access management teamInteraction with multiple levels of the organizationUsing verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels. Role may require strong negotiation and influence, communication to large groups or high-level constituents.Exercising exceptional creativity is needed to innovate new ideas and develop innovative products/ processes without established objectives or known parameters.Serves as a technical lead on multiple large projects/systems, assigns work to a project team, and works on more advanced tasks to complete a project.Drives technical conversations to ensure the right path is followed to project completion.Communicates within and outside of project team to resolve conflicts in implementation schedules, design challenges, and other complexities.Collaborates with Business Unit Management to understand business needs, and strategizes and/or recommends IT solutions to address them.Networks with colleagues across the organization to gain insights, ideas, and connections.Documents processes for upcoming updates in technology (e.g., design, architecture).Presents Business Unit IT needs and requirements to IT Management and staff.All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.Minimum Qualifications" id="hdnMinimumQualifications" />Bachelor's degree and 7+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 9+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelors degree.

Preferred QualificationsMinimum 5 years leading global LDAP implementationsExtensive, demonstrable knowledge of LDAP data replication and synchronization methodsMinimum 5 years experience with scripting and programming languagesExtensive working knowledge with authentication and authorizationMinimum 5 years experience in support of multiple identity disciplinesEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree and 7+ years IT-relevant work experience OR 9+ years IT-relevant work experience without a bachelors degree.Keywords
