Alligatortek is seeking a talented individual with an entrepreneurship spirit. You will have significant, hands-on learning from our projects. This opportunity will enable you to continue your education or jump start your professional career.

During your internship, you will work directly with some key players in our organization. This includes the CEO, COO, President of Business Development and Director of Information Technology.

We want to give you a true taste of the work experience at a small, well established, entrepreneur company. That means you'll receive a lot of support, starting day one. You'll be guided by an onboarding advisor who can help you learn more about how we operate and your opportunities in our organization. Also, they'll offer feedback and help you further define your career goals. You'll find that our people are energetic, enthusiastic, involved, and always willing to help.

This role will be a part-time (20 hours a week) internship, with a weekly stipend. At the end of the internship, there is potential for a full time offer of employment. As an intern, you will have access to our kitchen, which is stocked full of coffee and snacks, a gym, and participate in our employee events.

Position Responsibilities:

* Computer setup for new employees using imaging tools
* Upgrade existing hardware as needed
* Respond to user requests and resolve issues
* Troubleshoot, repair and install computers and mobile devices
* Create and maintain documentation for on-prem and cloud infrastructure
* Assist with analyzing problems with software and hardware systems
* Administer Infrastructure components such as servers, networks, VoIP phones, printers, etc.
* Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Working towards a bachelor's degree in a technology related major
* Strong academic track record (minimum 3.0 GPA)
* Interested in a career in business technology
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and leadership potential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
