Job Description


Must be a self-motivated energetic, detail-oriented individual with good analytical skills who can communicate and work effectively with customers and staff

Technical Knowledge including various versions of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office or other productivity tools, and network printers

Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills

Superb customer service and passion for improving customer satisfaction

Networking skills - working knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and WiFi

Ability to manage shifting priorities, multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Demonstrates flexible thinking to troubleshoot or overcome problems

Demonstrates consistency and reliability

Associates Degree, CompTIA A+, Network+ and Microsoft MCTS certificates and two years support experience or 4 years of computer support experience in an enterprise environment
