Job Description

As an IT help desk specialist at Gallup's Washington, D.C., location, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Gallup users, including visiting associates, have world-class technical support to do their jobs perfectly.

Responsibilities include supporting all on-site technology and equipment; troubleshooting user workstations and workstation software; and maintaining network equipment, including file servers, routers and switches. You will also help with AV and conferencing needs and provide support for Gallup-hosted events. When it comes to ensuring that technology experiences are flawless, we will turn to you.

What you need:

* Two years of experience in a technical help desk capacity
* Two years of experience in a Windows user and server environment and experience supporting all Microsoft Office applications
* Broad knowledge of networking, hardware, and software applications and experience troubleshooting technical issues
* Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and to multitask while remaining focused on the customer
* Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
