IT Help Desk (Windows)
TS/SCI level Clearance and Security+ certification
Semper Valens Solutions is actively seeking the right professional to fill the role as IT Help Desk. Serves as a technical expert in areas relevant to the project. Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology. Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency.
Coordinate support as a point of contact with our Third-Party IT infrastructure vendor, including but not limited to, installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, and all other computer related systems, devices, and equipment. Maintain documented resolutions and operating procedures.
Provide support to various phases of software development
Develop documentation to include: user guides, technical documentation, installation guides, and administration manuals
Assists with various IT projects as assigned
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Windows experience is required
It is a requirement to have at least three (3) years' experience solving technical problems (or managing the solution of technical problems) in the last five (5) years.
A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any other scientific or technical discipline is required. Four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree.
