We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for a IT Compliance Specialist to join our team in the Woodinville, WA.

The IT Compliance Coordinator will coordinate and monitor all of the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual IT and security controls that the company is required to perform. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining and testing the company's disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

In this role, you will:

* Build a schedule of all required IT and security controls required through the company to include
* General IT controls
* IT SOX controls
* PCI controls
* HIPAA controls
* Application specific controls
* User Access Reviews
* Supplier contractual controls


* Monitor all relevant control activities to ensure they are completed and effective
* Work with audit agencies to simplify existing controls and eliminate redundant or unnecessary controls
* Update disaster recovery and business continuity plans annually
* Coordinate testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
* Coordinate and support internal and external audits

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

* Excellent organizational skills
* Very strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Proficient use of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* BA in relevant field preferred
* Working understanding of regulations and frameworks around IT and information security
* History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
