Job Summary:

For the Global IT Area, we are looking a Technical Analyst to provide technology and application support directly to IT clients by assessing plasma and non-plasma laboratory for the new LIMS lab system and some other lab corporate applications such as ELN as well as any other

Essential Job Duties:

* Define, analyze and provide technical assess to the different departments involve in the project.
* Perform and develop the system analysis and the design of the application and infrastructure architecture.
* Ensure that the different contractor and development teams the accomplishment of the project schedule, quality standards.
* Administering systems and software to enhance application functionality or future versions.
* Builds effective and trusting working relationships with all business and IT partners in areas of responsibility and collaboration.
* Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with business stakeholders, external service providers, and subject matter experts of key functional areas.
* Takes an active role collaborating with cross-functional IT teams at all levels of the organization to ensure that expectations and IT development efforts are aligned with business goals.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or closely related field is required.
* Requires at least 3 years of related experience. Experience in a GXP environment is preferred. Experience in SAP, quality, manufacturing or plant maintenance areas is preferred.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position with LIMS Laboratory Systems and Samples Management and integration with lab instrumentation and other systems.
* Application servers Knowledge (Tomcat, Weblogic).
* Experience and knowledge in Oracle/SQL/Proc SQL. Awareness in Windows, ISS, JBoss application servers.
* Familiarity working in GXP Environment and all documentation process that comes with it.
* Knowledge in laboratory processes to better support the application from the IT perspective is valuable.
* Knowledge of IT services, processes, and operating models.
* Ability to work with international team across the world and autonomy.
* Advanced skill level in MS Office products.
* Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines in a fast pace environment.
* Strong attention to detail. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with ability to network, negotiate, influence and collaborate.
* Takes ownership and is proactive.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English required; ability to communicate effectively in Spanish desirable.
