We are seeking an IT Applications Leader to join our Rexel USA team in Dallas, TX!

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Lead with strong technical abilities who is a self-starter that can serve as a point-of-contact in support of our Rexel IT Finance applications. This role will partner with Finance and IT clients to support existing and new systems, and to help define technology strategy, execute the strategy, track against milestones, and drive results in collaboration with partner teams. This role requires knowledge of Finance business processes in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement, Payables, Receivables, Revenue Accounting, Tax, and Treasury, as well as their interdependencies and how system solutions fit into the processes.

Responsibilities include:

* Serve as an application (functional and technical) and data expert.
* Act as a primary consultant to internal stakeholders for system questions, issues, and enhancements
* Review, assess and resolve system support tickets for impact and facilitate prioritization with the business.
* Analyze multiple medium-difficult business problems and production issues and assess how they can be resolved; Own the resolution of the issue or enhancement or coordinate advanced escalation
* Develop expertise in relational data structures that support the application(s)
* Develop expertise in business processes and inter-relationships
* Conduct root cause analysis in support of process improvements and to prevent problem reoccurrence
* Work with 3rd party vendors to drive issue resolution; maintenance.
* Plan and scope requirements across multiple integrated and/or inter-related systems and stakeholders
* Establish detailed functional/technical specifications from Client requests.
* Coordinate with other IT & Development teams for changes that impact multiple systems
* Plan, coordinate and conduct testing of solutions.
* Develop and deliver user training and user documentation.
* Under general direction, lead the planning and implementation of projects and enhancements including facilitating the definition of project scope, schedule, budget, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
* Adhere to proper Change / Release control procedures.
* 24*7 Production support, as required

Qualifications:

* 5+ years' experience Systems support and analysis
* 5+ ERP Experience (Eclipse preferred)
* 1-3 years using SQL
* Well versed in Finance business processes in General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement, Payables, Receivables, Revenue Accounting, Tax and Treasury, as well as their interdependencies and how system solutions fit into the processes
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
* Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities: keen attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

* Financial Systems (Oracle R12; Billtrust; GetPaid; TM1; Kofax)
* Solar Eclipse ERP experience
* File Transfer Protocol experience
* Self-motivated and directed

Education:

* A 4 -year degree in Computer Science or related field. Appropriate additional experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
