Job Description:

ICF is seeking an IT Applications Analyst - Intern - to work in our Corporate Information Technology (CIT) organization. This position will assist CIT with multi-channel training and communications on enterprise applications, including Microsoft O365 products. The position requires knowledge of Microsoft applications and the ability to present training materials in a concise manner. Intern will create web content and short training videos.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare customized training material in a variety of forms based on needs of the organization.
* Conduct training in a variety of formats (video tutorials, web content) to assist with the adoption of Microsoft O365 tools - (e.g. SharePoint, Teams) as well as other Enterprise Applications.
* Create references and guides for end users as well as system administrators.
* Participates in special projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Graduate
* Experience with Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive
* Experience with creating videos or reference guides
* Ability to apply technical background to new topics and requirements given

* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Strong attention to details
* The ability to work with all levels of internal staff
* Ability to work independently
