Duties & Responsibilities:

The IT Analyst position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding and dynamic IT environment. An IT Analyst at Lincoln International will be given the opportunity to hone their PC hardware and software troubleshooting skills while gaining experience with advanced technical challenges of a multi-office international network. The IT Analyst will serve as the help desk for Lincoln International employees and provide day to day maintenance and support of all end user systems including Windows based notebook and desktop PCs, telephones, mobile devices (iPhone/iPad/Android/etc), and a variety of other software and business systems. The IT Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:

* 1st call help desk support for approximately 300 employees across multiple offices
* Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software
* Configure and deploy new hardware and software
* Interface with technical support from vendors and suppliers
* Provide support to IT management
* Working hours would be 9am to 6pm M-F
* IT Analyst would be on call after hours as needed

* A successful IT Analyst is self-motivated, can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and is detail oriented
* Strong writing and verbal communication skills
* Must demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Should have a degree in MIS or significant related experience
