Job Description

Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to provide end user support and customer service to maintain productivity within the hospital. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience with PC troubleshooting skills and knowledge of AS400 Data Operation tasks. Responsible for equipment maintenance, equipment set-up, PC software maintenance and help desk calls. This position is required to be Windows 7 desktop, Microsoft office products and basic knowledge of networking. Must have 2 years experience in IT related field. Position Requirements: High school/GED diploma required. College courses in business or computers preferred. Coursework or experience on AS400, networking, or PC repair preferred. A+, and/or MCP Certifications preferred.
