Job Description

Position Summary The purpose of this position is to provide end user support and customer service to maintain productivity within the hospital. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience with PC troubleshooting skills and knowledge of AS400 Data Operation tasks. Responsible for equipment maintenance, equipment set-up, PC software maintenance and help desk calls.## Position Requirements High school/GED diploma required. College courses in business or computers preferred. Coursework or experience on AS400, networking, or PC repair preferred. A+, and/or MCP Certifications preferred. 5 years minimum experience in the following areas#PC, software and#peripheral#maintenance, equipment inventory#and help desk work. Must be proficient in skills and be able to work independently.
