* Assist with the configuration and deployment of network assets including, POS systems, sound, SFTV, etc. * Provide support for Admissions, Retail and Food Service POS Systems. * Provide and troubleshooting for 250+ computers and other hardware. * Support a multi-segmented multimode/single mode fiber optics network. * Provide technical support to end-users covering all software and hardware related issues. * Provide support for digital/analog telephone system for users and park attractions. * Provide park-wide support on network based park-sound system. * Maintain asset inventory. * Other duties as assigned.
Reporting Structure
* Reports directly to MIS Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years of age. * Basic knowledge of Network Switching. * Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Must have advanced computer literacy with strong knowledge of all Microsoft applications and experience with Windows XP and Windows 7. * Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to forty pounds occasionally.
