Job Description

CACI is currently looking for a Junior functional analyst to join our IFMS team that supports a custom -built food distribution management system for the USDA's Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). This position will be responsible for working with the users and development team to define, test and support updates to the software application.

What You'll Get to Do:

* Work with client representatives and development team to analyze and document updates to the system resulting from defect reports and enhancement requests
* Create and maintain user documentation, release documentation and knowledge base articles
* Develop and execute test plans prior to release
* Resolve help desk tickets escalated from tier one help desk
* Assist with transition to a replacement system that is under development

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* Strong analytical skills and written communication skills
* Experience in functional requirements analysis, system testing, training or help desk support
* Ability to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environment
* Ability to communicate effectively with users, clients and management
* Ability to obtain NACI Clearance
* Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
* BS/BA degree

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

* Experience developing or executing system test plans
* Experience with software development life cycle
