The Staging and Logistics Lead at LaSalle Solutions is a role that includes the coordination and staging of assets and maintenance of clear and accurate records. This role is part of our Professional Services Team and reports to the Solutions Team Manager.

As a member of our growing team, many of the Staging and Logistics Lead duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Prepare quotes and orders for hardware
* Manage shipping and receiving of client equipment
* Manage and maintain remote hands staging for clients
* Support PSG with inventory management and material handling
* Perform build outs
* Prepare products for shipment, including packing and labeling
* Maintain record keeping systems
* Update personal knowledge by participating in industry related educational and networking opportunities
* Various projects and other duties as assigned





Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
* Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
* Highly professional
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable
* Highly motivated to succeed
* Personable team player
* Ability and experience adapting to new processes and procedures
* Basic accounting skills
