The Salesforce Administrator Intern will report to Senior Manager - IT & Analytics and will directly with a team of Salesforce developer and data analysts to help manage our CRM System. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience working in Salesforce.com, #1 CRM provider.

What You'll do:

Collaborate to define user requirements for current proceses and map out future-state recommendations.

Responsible for user management, resolving customer issues and creating reports and dashboards for the sales community

Use Salesforce Point and Click capabilities to enhance processes using process builders, workflows and approval processes

Ideal Background:

* You are able to think through problems and make actionable recommendations
* You are passionate about Salesforce and have atleast "Adventurer" trailhead badge.
* You have atleast 1 year experience working in salesforce environment.
* You are comfortable using Data import wizard and Data Loader for data imports/exports/updates.
* Loves fast paced environment and can write excellent requirement documentations.

Education and qualifications:

* Bachelors or Master's degree
* Trailhead

Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:

* Strong Analytical skills and proficiency using large data sets in Excel.
* Experienced using Salesforce.com Point and Click tools such as Process builders, workflows, approval processes.
* Experience creating reports and dashboards and has user management knowledge - creating new users, permission sets, profile and permission updates.
