Overview

Be a part of an innovative team utilization innovative technology to deliver Internet-based project management and project control systems to help solve challenges among large infrastructure projects across the U.S. WSP's team delivering technology is a Microsoft Gold Partner and has delivered Internet-based systems for over 20 years. Work involves both systems/software integration as well as custom developed applications created specifically to meet client requirements.

Requirements

* The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task in fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
* Experience developing applications in a team environment
* Advanced .Net, Client-Side, and 3rd party tooling solutions for SharePoint
* Advanced SharePoint 2010/2013/2016/Online development and implementation experience
* Experience in Rapid Application Development environment with lean process approach
* Experience working in MS stack for SharePoint and complimenting platforms (e.g. PowerBI)
* Strong expertise in client-side SharePoint solutions with formal lifecycle methodologies
* Appropriate database design, administration, and management understanding for SQL Server
* Experience using TFS / SVN / Git; change management background required
* Experience building RESTful web services, Web API's
* Extremely strong UX, UI, usability design understanding (beyond and including modern CSS w/SharePoint technical requirements)
* Ability to engage with customers and stakeholders to develop and deploy solutions, work closely with leadership team
* Understanding contemporary software engineering OO design and architectural principles.
* Experience applying effective design patterns and principles to refactor solutions based on design and value engineering principles.
* Comfort and proficiency with AWS in an IaaS capacity
* Comfort or proficiency with reporting suites such as PowerBI, SSRS, …
* Analytical problem solving

* Working knowledge of, and proven experience developing, implementing, managing, and administer SharePoint 2013 or higher.
* Bachelor's degree in CS and/or equivalent job experience
* 5+ years of experience in software development.

Preferred Qualifications

* Enterprise application design, development, integration, and management
* Working knowledge of 3rd party SharePoint workflow development (nintex) and support
* Experience AEC industry
