The Intermediate eCommerce Technical Analyst will implement strategies for the company's website to increase revenues, shift revenue from competitors and reduce costs by developing and improving scalable processes or efficiencies. You will supports projects designed to increase profitability, stability, and the user experience of eCommerce websites and applications. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to second level eCommerce operational issue escalation and/or resolution, conducting analysis and preparing reports on progress, customer/field training needs and special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Project management: Collaborates with eCommerce product management and development teams in the design and development of platform enhancements. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Measure project performance and provide regular status updates. Manage relationships with campus partners and third party vendors.

Support: Resolve second level escalations from stores, customers and internal teams that are dependent on the eCommerce platform. Record results to track common ensure compliance with SLAs. Design and maintain store webpages using utilities such as Adobe AEM and WebSphere Commerce.

Testing:User acceptance test code releases and platform enhancements to ensure deliverables meet expected results.

Training. Assists with creation and maintenance of Administration guides. Trains store personnel on new eCommerce functionality. Field Support Webinar subject matter expert for eCommerce topics.

* As needed will provide overnight support for ecommerce code releases and marketing initiatives.

Requirements include:

Bachelor's degree in relevant area of study.

3 to 5 years' experience in comparable areas of eCommerce product management (design development of platform enhancements (websites).

Strong problem solving skills required.

Experience with Drop Ship Vendor relationships recommended.

Experience in a retail environment recommended.

Knowledge of the development life cycle recommended. Knowledge of HTML, SQL or other advanced programming languages recommended.
