* Responsible for making and maintaining improvements to processes, systems and products to enhance performance.
* Problem-solve difficult and complex issues requiring a broad and deep understanding of the relevant work.
* Communicate verbally and in written form with all levels of interlocutors.
* Develop and draft policies, practices and procedures in support of the work flows.
* Manage short- and long-range projects.

Required Skills:

* Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
* Ability to research and analyze solutions to overcome operational challenges to reduce operational threats and mitigate risk factors
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment
* Experience in managing projects/processes within budget and on-time
* Experience coaching and reviewing the work of peers and lower-level professionals
* Ability to problem solve difficult and complex issues
* Excellent analytic and time-management skills
* Personal integrity with an action- and results-oriented bias
* Artistic ability and imagination; knowledge of graphic arts with excellent hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude
* Detail-oriented; ability to identify and estimate differences/similarities between products
* Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to achieving mission objectives with significant impact on results
* Possess a university or college degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience with the Customer
