What You'll Do

* Design solutions for complex testing problems
* Design, implementation, and enablement of the testing function
* Solve highly complex problems, design test solutions and successfully implement those solutions
* Develop testing infrastructure, author test frameworks and evaluate features in order to design complex tests
* Foster open collaboration and positive communication at all organizational levels

What You Have

* 8-10 years proven experience as a Test Architect on large-scale integration projects
* Ability to create and communicate test strategies that encompass multiple integration teams as well as disparate data sources
* 5-8 years proven hands-on testing experience of complex, large scale projects
* 3-5 years of experience leading integration testing efforts in a Scaled Agile Framework environment
* Proven ability to provide complex analysis multi-tier test environments and provide test leadership around integration and performance validation
* Possess broad awareness of testing approaches, practices, and techniques in order to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology used by the team
* Provide the technical know-how, documentation, and training to test, delivery and other business functions
* Ability to monitor the effectiveness of testing function and bring about improvements through insights gained through analysis at all stages of SDLC
* Previous healthcare experience is a plus
* Computer Science Degree
