Ideally based out of HQ, the Integration and Operations Project Manager is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Flexera's growth! With the intent to acquire 2-3 companies annually and a strong desire to improve Flexera's Strategy-to-Execution capability, we are seeking a motivated person that is looking for a high-visibility, high-impact position. Specifically, this role will help Flexera achieve the value drivers for each acquired company by effectively managing business integration project plans. Additionally, this role will manage the process around the collection, analysis and reporting of the Flexera corporate scorecard. This is a fantastic job for someone that would like to learn a great deal about Flexera's business and our functional and cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities:

* Reporting into Flexera's M&A Integration VP, partner with Flexera's internal functions for the development, execution and governance of detailed M&A business integration plans
* In coordination with the integration project teams, monitor and communicate progress. Highlight issues related to scope, timeline, dependencies and resources
* Assist in the development of an M&A playbook that leverages leading practices and lessons learned from previous acquisitions
* Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of the Flexera corporate scorecard. Identify gaps in results and reporting, recommending and supporting corrective action
* Prepare appropriate content to communicate at various levels of the organization through various delivery tools & mediums (Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Newsletters, email, etc.)
* Help to support miscellaneous projects for the Strategic Growth team based on M&A downtime
* Highlight areas for improvement with change management across the business
