* Alcon, the world leader in ophthalmology, is looking for an experienced Integration Manager to join an exciting new team focused on driving a novel business innovation forward.
* We are looking for an exceptional and entrepreneurial Integration Manager who will own defining requirements and managing execution of venture systems integration for this innovative new venture.
* The Integration Manager is responsible to ensure that the new digital capabilities being developed for a strategic new platform, can be scaled and supported by the Alcon IT organization.
* The candidate will work very closely with Engineering, IT eCommerce, ERP, Knipper and Sales Force teams, as well as business teams, including Product, Digital Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Analytics.
* For the majority of the activities strong project management is required to ensure that dependencies for the integrations are completed on time.
* In summary, the Integration Manager is in place to help ensure delivery of the program objectives: Accountable for aligning needed stakeholders and documenting key decisions on direction and strategy
* Plan, control, manage and review execution progress
* Address and resolve escalations
* Issue and risk management
* Dependency management
* Communication and status reporting to broader team
* Drive analysis of how business requirements can be technically implemented
* Serve as primary liaison with Alcon enterprise IT, Knipper team, and SalesForce team to identify Topeka required system enhancements, working closely with Product & Engineering teams to define requirements and manage implementation through Alcon IT and/or external vendors
* Collaborate closely with Alcon IT to effectively prioritize Topeka-driven enhancements in overall Alcon IT roadmap
* Collaborate with Growth, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to design creative venture solutions that meet business needs
* Strong project management to track and monitor integration activities towards successful product build, including dependency, risk and issue management, and effectively escalate issues as they arise
* Monitor progress and effectively communicate status updates to key stakeholders
* Use Lean methodologies for product builds with focus on shared outcomes pairing up with cross-functional teams of designers and product managers
* Design complex bespoke solutions that require creative investigations and evaluations of alternative architectural solutions
* Apply industry best practices and design patterns to create scalable and secure solutions that have superior technical performance
* Develop system implementation plans/processes
