We are seeking an Integration Factory Leader to join our Rexel USA team in Dallas, TX!

Summary

The mission of Rexel Group IT's Integration Factory is to deliver a wide range of standardized, best practice-based integration solutions to Rexel countries, businesses, systems and applications around the world. The Integration Factory partners with Capgemini and uses TIBCO integration technology, Mashery, SSIS and other technologies to develop and deliver these solutions.

The resource in this Dallas-based position will have two primary roles:

* In the build leader role, this resource will have project management responsibility for assigned TIBCO development projects within Rexel's North America and APAC regions. This role will collaborate with Rexel country-level IT project managers and teams, as well as with Integration Factory architecture and Capgemini TIBCO build resources, to design, develop and deliver high-quality integration solutions within larger IT systems/applications projects.
* In this role, this resource will typically manage from three to five concurrent TIBCO build projects and will be responsible and accountable for delivering these efforts on schedule, within budget and with the highest quality. This role will report into Rexel Group IT's Paris-based TIBCO Build Factory manager.


* In the run leader role, this resource will have run and operations supervisory responsibility for the TIBCO platforms within Rexel's North America and APAC regions. This role will collaborate with Rexel country-level IT support resources, as well as the Capgemini offshore, run and operations team, to ensure the continuously successful delivery of reliable, high-quality production integration services. This role will report into Rexel Group IT's Paris-based Shared Run and Operations manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Build Leader Role

Plan, manage and successfully deliver all assigned TIBCO build projects:

* Ensure the receipt of complete, documented detail requirements from the country IT project team. Assist with the identification and analysis of requirements as necessary.
* Ensure INTEGRATION FACTORY architecture resources deliver complete, documented designs. Contribute to the creation and documentation of the design as necessary.
* Serve as the INTEGRATION FACTORY's primary representative at all project meetings.
* Serve as the INTEGRATION FACTORY's primary point of contact for all TIBCO issues and questions.
* Request, review, approve and deliver the Capgemini statement of work (SOW) and any subsequent SOW change requests.
* Collaborate with the Capgemini offshore development leader to plan and schedule the TIBCO design, development, testing and deployment activities and tasks.
* Ensure the offshore Capgemini TIBCO development team executes to the plan and schedule. Collaborate with the offshore development leader to make plan and schedule adjustments as necessary.
* Produce and distribute a weekly status report to all project stakeholders.
* Maintain a formal TIBCO build issues list and escalate high priority issues in a timely manner to the appropriate parties.
* Ensure, and lead as necessary, the Capgemini team's timely resolution of all TIBCO development issues.
* Ensure JIRA change request, bug and release tickets opened by Capgemini development resources are entered, maintained and closed in an appropriate manner.

* Ensure delivered solution's compliance with all established INTEGRATION FACTORY architecture and build standards and practices.
* Ensure all appropriate technical documentation is produced, is complete and correct, complies with INTEGRATION FACTORY technical documentation standards and formats, and is appropriately stored on the INTEGRATION FACTORY SharePoint site.
* Plan, manage and ensure appropriate communication of all test activities.
* Plan, manage and ensure appropriate communication of all deployment activities.
* Plan and manage the post go live "warranty" support of the deployed production solution.
* Plan and manage the "build2run" transition of the deployed production solution to the INTEGRATION FACTORY Capgemini run team.
* Review and approve Capgemini's reported project SLA KPIs.
* Document and share lessons learned prior to project closure.
* Produce and distribute a weekly internal NA/APAC summary status report.
* Collaborate with INTEGRATION FACTORY colleagues to identify, recommend and implement improvements in the INTEGRATION FACTORY build model and processes.

Run Leader Role

Plan, supervise and monitor to ensure the successfully delivery of production integration services:

* Ensure (and lead as necessary and appropriate) Capgemini's timely resolution of all TIBCO NA and APAC platform incidents and problems.
* Prepare and deliver TIBCO NA and APAC platform incident and outage notification communications in an appropriate and timely manner.
* Ensure all TIBCO NA and APAC platform maintenance activities, and all TIBCO impacting country IT maintenance activities are appropriately planned, communicated and successfully executed.
* Conduct regular briefings with the Capgemini offshore run leadership to review current TIBCO NA and APAC platform incidents and problems.
* Serve as the INTEGRATION FACTORY's primary escalation point of contact for all TIBCO NA and APAC platforms run incidents and problems.
* Identify, recommend and drive the implementation of operational fixes and enhancements.
* Ensure JIRA service request, incident and problem tickets are appropriately created, maintained and closed by Capgemini run resources.
* Serve as the INTEGRATION FACTORY's primary representative at Rexel NA and APAC change control meetings.

Qualifications

* 10+ years of development experience with TIBCO and/or other integration technology and tools is required.
* 10+ years of experience working with and/or for an offshore IT services provider is required.
* 5+ years of shell scripting and Java development experience is required.
* 5+ years of experience leading application and/or integration development projects is required.
* 2+ years of experience in an IT run/operations role is required. Run/operations leadership experience is desired.
* Deep knowledge of integration concepts and significant experience in integration design and development is required.
* Knowledge of and experience with key systems and applications used by Rexel is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability and desire to guide/mentor junior resources is desired.
* An outgoing, proactive, "take charge" personality with strong leadership and collaboration skills is a must.
* Strong planning, record keeping, and status reporting skills are required.
* Ability to handle concurrent responsibilities, tasks, and issues autonomously, under pressure and within required timeframes is required.
* Ability to take direction from and report into two managers, driving discussion and resolution of priority conflicts as necessary, is required.

* Strong verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills are required.
* ITIL Foundations certification is a plus.
* Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio skills are required.
* Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
* Ability to travel up to 20% is required.
* University degree is required.
