Job Description

HCM Integration Consultants are responsible for developing integrations between Workday & third-party systems such as Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and a host of other exciting vendors & systems in the Human Capital Management space all over the world. The development process includes the full implementation cycle from initial discovery & design, to development, and through to production. Our consultants are involved throughout and are instrumental to the success of our projects.

Workday Integration Technology offers a lower-cost, lower-risk path to delivering Workday integrations in support of the specific business needs of our customers.

Our Integration Consultants focus on the most strategic and complex projects to ensure successful deployments of our various integration products, tools, and services.

If you have a deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principals, common ERP/HCM integration design patterns, phased implementation methodologies, an in-depth knowledge of various integration technologies, a consultative approach to your customers and a history of successful integration deployments, a role as an Integration Consultant may be a great match.

Skills/Qualifications:

* 3+ years implementing integration solutions with ERP software (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP systems)
* 3+ Years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
* Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
* Ability to translate vendor file specs into a program and deliver the supporting technical solution using any of the following : EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, or other integration technologies (Java, .NET is a plus)
* Technical project leadership: lead integration initiatives and other integration team members on projects
* Experience leading a diverse group of consultants through a deployment
* Coursework in analytical or critical thinking-intensive subjects (Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, etc.) a plus

Consulting Experience: We value qualities such as a willingness to take charge, ability to communicate clearly, the skill to simplify a complex problem, a drive to manage multiple initiatives at a time, and confidence to lead a group of people through a challenge & to a solution. You should have the capability to work with a variety of personalities and business environments while engaging both local and virtual teams as much of our consulting is done over the phone.

Technical Background: This role requires a consultant to deliver technical solutions. While we're not all about coding, recent coding experience is important. If you have more, all the better. We accept experience in virtually any programming language, with the idea being that if you can code well in one language, you can do the same in another. We especially value coding experience within the context of a business system environment such as an ERP, CRM, or similar.

Implementation Exposure: We operate as a team moving through various phases of an implementation and look for candidates having experience working within these phases. You should demonstrate the ability to coordinate with others on determining priorities, setting customer expectations and managing interdependences between technical and functional work-streams.

Functional Knowledge: Functional experience with systems in the HCM space are especially appealing to us, along with solid understanding of business flows such as Onboarding, Active Directory, Benefits & Payroll. If you do not have deep functional knowledge in these areas, we still maybe interested if you are strong in consulting and technical areas.
