The Infrastructure Support Engineer will be responsible for network engineering and troubleshooting, project management, data cabling, and systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments.

What you will do:

* Provide Help Desk level-1 and level-2 support for lab workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other network attached devices
* Build, install, maintain and troubleshoot both Mac and Windows desktops & laptops
* Mobile device management in a Hybrid corporate and BYOD environment
* Software & license installation (i.e. Adobe, O365, Autodesk)
* Desk-side support for all hardware and software related issues
* Develop & document tools/procedures for end user software/hardware use and best practices
* Install & maintain 3rd party software & licensing
* Setup & move systems as necessary (office moves, site relocation)
* Analyze issues & create solutions for hardware & software problems
* Travel and on-call support as needed

The Infrastructure Support Engineer must have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a willingness to learn and apply new technology. They must possess superior technical aptitude and the ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations. Additionally, they must possess strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. Previous experience exercising high levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacy required.

This position requires domestic travel quarterly.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree, CS, CIS, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in an IT support environment with technical experience in distributed technologies and systems development
* 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports
* 2+ years of infrastructure engineering experience working across multiple domains, platforms, or specialty areas
* Experience using Mobile Device Manager solutions for tablets, iOS and Android device management
* Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Mac OSX, iOS administration, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

* A+ or Network+ Certifications
* Familiar with Perforce version control administration, GIT, and VSTS
* Experienced with Cloud services such as Azure, Google Cloud platform, and AWS
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment such as computers and monitors
* Experience with video collaboration tools and conference room technology support; Skype and MS Teams experience a plus.

This position requires domestic travel quarterly.
