The newly integrated CTI Network and Voice Services organization - is to be best organized to deliver our strategic priorities, delivering Software-Defined, Virtualized and DevOps services, driving down Citi's Telecom Expenses, modernizing our connectivity Carrier Co-Lo presences globally to take advantage of lower cost, on-demand bandwidth and optimum access of Cloud and SaaS service providers, maturing Chatbot / NLP and Cloud Native solutions for Conversational and Digital Banking use cases.

Position Title - Sr. Network Technical Lead / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The CTI Infrastructure - Next Generation Network Lead, in this role will get to:

§Execute against the CTI Network infrastructure, Book Of Work (BOW) & Transformation Strategy, Various network devices end-of-life & support (EOL/S) refresh, change management, inclusive of operational efficiency and standardization. Support of digitalization and cloud platform to support key business applications

§Leading and managing a team of technical SME's, interacting with project / program managers

§Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and projects of varying sizes and complexity

§Effective upward and downward communication to the key stakeholders

§Implement network changes based on prepared designs and Citi best practice policies/standards

§Accept escalation from operational team, provide SME support for complex issues

§Provide progress, trend reporting, day-today, weekly, monthly status presentations and statistics

§Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional project performance and predictable, repeatable project results

§Ability to assess the logical setup of AS-IS environment and create a transformation roadmap

§Identify and map interdependencies from an application and infrastructure layer

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Successful candidate for this role will have - Education / Industry Certifications

§Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline. Master's Degree desired

§Minimum of 7 years of in-depth IT infrastructure professional experience managing network technologies in the financial services

* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification required
* Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification preferred

§Information Technology Infrastructure Library - Version 3 Foundations (ITIL Version 3)

§Working knowledge of various process methodologies - Lean, Six Sigma, Agile

Industry Experience / Technical skills:

Successful candidate for this role will have - following technical & managerial experience are highly preferred:

§Proven ability to establish, maintain and collaborate business partnerships and client

§Proven ability to understand new technical requirement and Product solutions in short time-frame, and ability to execute

§Ability to implement, drive & comply with all required Cyber Security, controls, governance & policies

§Ability to interact with Senior / Expert Level technical support for the firm globally with a focus on both, the infrastructure project delivery and operational break fixes

§Experience of work in a process driven environment

* A strong working knowledge of Data Center Networks

§Good exposure in dealing with various resolver teams throughout the regions - NAM, EMEA, LATAM & ASPAC

§Strong knowledge of Software Defined Network (SDN) technologies from Cisco and VMWare NSX

§Strong experience / knowledge of Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches

§Strong experience / knowledge of Arista Network Switches - Spine / Leaf environment

§Expert level knowledge of Cisco's Overlay Transport Virtualization (OTV) protocol

§Expert level knowledge of Layer 2 technologies, TCP/IP communications, routing and switching, including Spanning-Tree, VLANs, VTP, UDLD, VDC, and CDP

§Expert knowledge of Layer 3 technologies, including IPv4, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, and VRRP

§Strong experience with VPN solutions including different types of IPSec endpoints including CheckPoint Firewalls, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco VPN Concentrators, Cisco Routers

* Solid practical understanding of Software Defined Data Center (SDDC), Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN), and Network Function Virtualization (NFV)

§Build and deliver on all network related enterprise technologies and service offerings within the cloud environment. Experience/Exposure to Cloud migrations (Public, Hybrid, or Private cloud), Understanding of the different architectural layers (Network, Storage, Databases, etc.)

§Prior experience in automation, API connectivity and scripting languages are desirable

§Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, Containers, LPAR, etc.)

* A working knowledge of multicast is preferred

§Strong knowledge of network protocol analysis using industry standard toolsets such as Wireshark capable of performing in-depth packet capture analysis

Ability to drive communication between business leaders and IT. Must exhibit sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information with inherent confidence

§High sense of urgency and commitment to exceed customer expectations. Strong personal work ethic, inspires excellence and enthusiasm amongst peer group

§Resilient and highly responsive in overcoming adversity, ability to work through a multitude of challenges/obstacle in order to achieve the desired end result

§Ability to provide clear and detailed documentation of all technical troubleshooting tasks performed on all incidents in order to maintain proper continuity in a 24x7-network operations center environment.

§Demonstrated technical competencies and history of increased responsibilities during previous three years. Strong dedication towards continual growth and self-improvement including year-over-year progression in industry certifications and overall technical proficiencies and knowledge base
