Job Description

CACI is looking for an IT Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join a growing IT team supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division. The candidate will be responsible for taking a lead role, providing a wealth of technical expertise as well as with contributing to higher-level discussions regarding cyber security policy and base wide IT procedures.

What You'll Get to Do:

* Responsible for taking on Tier 2-3 customer-based requests individually
* Responsible for leading, providing insight, and executing on IT policies, processes and discussions that have large impacts on the user base.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
* Provide a high level of comprehensive troubleshooting in order to solve issues of all degrees.
* Must be able to take on multiple projects of different priorities and severities

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
* 5+ Years of Professional Experience in IT
* Associates degree or better in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience in Systems Engineering, Network Security Engineering, Operating Systems and/or Desktop Support.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

* Experience in working IT within a DoD or Navy on site environment
* Experience with scripting (bat, powershell, python)
* Experience working with ATOs and RMF packages
* Self-motived to explore and learn new technologies
* Over 10 years of IT Professional Experience
