INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST II, Resource Development (RD)-Information Technology (RD-IT), to maintain a range of applications and solutions to support Resource Development and advancement staff throughout MIT. Will work directly with clients via phone, email, and in person to identify and resolve issues; work with RD team members and Institute technical staff, accurately describing problems, resolving and/or escalating where necessary, and then translating technical answers into user-friendly responses; and work with a broad range of products, information resources and systems, and business processes to provide moderately complex maintenance and support which includes investigation, diagnosis, escalation/resolution, and recovery for support requests. In serving as a member of the RD-IT team, will be expected leverage technical and/or business expertise to work on one or more projects concurrently, either independently or as part of a team. Will be expected to quickly learn and understand software applications, systems, and Resource Development business processes.
