JOB SUMMARY: If you are a Recent Grad with a focus on Human Resources & interested in working directly with customers and using advanced technologies to support their core business operations, we have just the right job for you.

As a Functional Consultant - Professional Services, you will be working on a team to implement customers - companies like adidas, Caterpillar, Columbia Sportswear, Nestle, HP, Lenovo, Pfizer and the Home Depot - onto the Infor SaaS platform. This role provides our customers the ability to improve their operations and to be better, faster and more competitive in the marketplace. You will be responsible for the functional implementation of the project, assisting in complex configuration, and being the liaison to the core project team. We are looking for individuals with solid communication skills who are interested in gaining business exposure in addition to building their project skillset.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on project teams to implement customers onto the Infor platform

Develop product knowledge in various Infor products as determined by role

Core product certification to be obtained within first 3 months of employment

Develop knowledge of system implementations: requirements gathering, business analysis, system configuration and testing

Own and create documentation on customer projects, and be heavily involved in solution design

Partake in face to face planning sessions with customers

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience in HR

Desire for growth in business and functional skillsets, with a focus on solution design

Strong team working, communication (English + native language) and interpersonal skills

Strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also self-motivated

Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships

Excellent problem solving and analytic skills

Ability to learn and master new technologies

Ability to travel up to 75%
