Description:This position fulfills an Information Assurance (IA) engineering role with the RMS C6ISR Cyber & Security Solutions Team (CaS2T) in support of the Cyber Solutions Cyber Inside Program. This permanent position will reside at the Lockheed Martin (LM) aircraft facilities in Fort Worth, TX, supporting the Aeronautics business unit. The candidate will provide guidance and technical leadership solutions related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) transition to internal and external customers for security architecture, assessments, trade studies and Authorization & Accreditation (A&A). This candidate will provide the technical support to the RMS Cyber Solutions Program Manager by ensuring the program stakeholders are elated with performance execution and delivery, and the customer achieves mission success milestones.
The selected candidate will identify technical and operational requirements to support development of secure solutions and evaluate security controls to ensure compliance with applicable RMF requirements and standards. The candidate will perform security activities necessary to support and evaluate system changes to assess their impact on security. The candidate must be able to operate with minimal direction in a dynamic customer focused environment.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
Active CISSP or CISM certification
Demonstrated experience with employment of DoD IA requirements, policies, and processes to include certification and accreditation as part of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements
Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) or Intel IA Programs.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience performing IA activities in support of software and system requirements, design, development, testing and sustainment
Demonstrated experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) or Intel IA Programs.
Experience with risk and vulnerability assessments and mitigation
Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cyber/IA regulations and requirements to senior customers, senior LM leaders, the program engineering staff and the IA Cyber Inside team.
Experience with Secure Configuration/Hardening of DoD Information Systems.
Experience with system audit configuration, capture, analysis, and reduction.
Some knowledgeable in the latest industry trends and developments in enterprise IA solutions to include RMF.
Understanding of Air Force and government Operations and sustainment associated with aircraft.
