Serves as the interface between the program and various levels of the customer regarding particular trouble incidents, their status, impact, and ultimate resolution.
These individuals will serve as interface points for the customer and will need to have excellent communications skills in order to accurately and fully convey technical network issues to a variety of customer personnel at all levels of responsibility and technical expertise.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
Candidate must have a total of 10 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School diploma and 10 years of experience, or an Associate's and 8 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience or a PhD and 2 years of experience.
Candidate must have the following certification: ITIL Foundations, ITSM.
