The Role

As an RPO Implementation Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to apply your Talent Acquisition & RPO experience and expertise by leading the implementation of new RPO solutions as well as supporting continuous improvements with existing clients. You will be a strong project manager, able to manage work streams and resources to deliver projects on time and on-budget yet retain the capability to bring innovative thinking to your work, to ensure our solutions continue to evolve and develop.

Key Accountabilities

* Creating professional, in-depth client-specific project plans • Leading a team of Futurestep subject matter experts in delivering activities against this plan • Leading client stakeholder interaction, including with senior level stakeholders such as HR Director level clients • Identifying and managing the change and risks associated with implementations • Facilitation of discovery sessions and documentation of gap analysis / client needs • Facilitating the development of business requirements and future state process, in line with Futurestep tools and best practice • Acting as a 'quality gate' for work stream level activities and the solution overall • Providing best practice subject matter expertise on a range of core areas that could include change management, recruitment process design, performance reporting and team resourcing • Development of post go-live stabilization and on-going support strategy and plans • Oversight of integrations between multiple recruitment technologies or within Talent Management suites • Development of compelling business cases for customer initiatives • Budget management of large complex projects • Leveraging the wider capability of the Korn Ferry business to support clients where needs are identified. For example, within the Assessment, Employer Branding and Recruitment Technology fields • Auditing existing client solutions and development of action plans to drive continuous improvement and best practice • Senior level Project Managers will also provide support to business development activities such as providing relevant content for proposals and/or attending client pitches

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have full project management experience in leading RPO implementations across a range of industry sectors, geographies and solution sizes. • Knowledge of one or more leading Applicant Tracking Systems/CRM technologies: (e.g. Taleo, SuccessFactors, Lumesse, ICIMS) • Exceptional oral and written communications skills; ability to develop effective written materials, facilitate group discussions and present to diverse customer audiences • Strong business acumen with a self-motivated passion for delivering only the highest level of customer service and quality of output • Understands Change Management techniques and has the ability to identify risks and risk mitigation strategies • Knowledge of one or more sub-process tools such as assessments, background checking, candidate relationship management, sourcing/social media • Knowledge of the use of competencies within the Talent Acquisition process • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools including Visio, Excel, and Project effectively to create and manage project deliverables • Experience in managing implementations in one or more of the following countries; UK, Germany, France, Switzerland • Business English with a second European language desirable.
