About the Role:

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing multiple, concurrent implementation projects. This role will serve to coordinate and communicate with the client during the on-boarding phase. This role will also coordinate with the internal project team to assure that projects are being delivered on-time and in-scope. Multiple new projects arrive each month, and this role will be responsible for each project's plan from scheduling work to validating deliverables. The person in this role will be eagerly and proactively reaching out to both clients and team members to obtain data, documents, and general status updates to assure each client's implementation seamlessly avoids roadblocks. The role will also provide reports and status updates to the management team, as well as identify and implement process improvement for a quickly scaling team. The Implementation Project Manager will be an autonomous, accountable project expert who can make decisions and facilitate collaboration.

Competitive Candidate Profile:

* You have 2+ years of hands-on project management experience include building project plans with dependency, effort, and duration-driven tasks for internal and external client projects
* You have baselined a project plan and track baseline vs. actual effort
* You understand how to resource load and level project plans
* You have a proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects with different timelines simultaneously
* You are familiar with the different project management methodologies and project management tools
* You have experience identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* You have used waterfall and Kanban tools
* You have your PMP certification or have experience and/or knowledge of PMI principles
* You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* You are self-managing and self-starting: you know how to prioritize, focus, and get things done
* You have an understanding of oil and gas (huge plus if you've already got it, mandatory that you're willing to build it
