Responsibilities

* Configure, test and code SQL to support the software implementation of the Thomson Reuters Aumentum suite of products.
* Work with other analysts, project managers and Thomson Reuters' customers to evaluate, create, and deliver appraisal, assessment and taxation solutions using existing and new Thomson Reuters and industry tool sets.
* Support the development of detailed solution documentation that satisfies the customer's business and technical requirements.
* Support the development of business requirements, design documents, and statement of work deliverables
* Work closely with Thomson Reuters implementation engineering resources and resolve implementation, calculation and conversion issues.
* Analyze systems and requirements and design interface solutions leveraging existing Thomson Reuters import, export and web services solutions. Ability to write code to test interfaces and web services a plus.
* Participate in data mapping and conversion quality assurance processes.
* Follow and improve an overall project implementation methodology.
* Work with others to establish success criteria
* Develop and execute testing scenarios, testing data, test plans and scripts.
* Assist in the transfer of data from disparate data sources into relational databases using vendor tools such as Microsoft SSIS. Write data translation code in SQL or other project defined languages. Use Thomson Reuters import tools to build and convert customer data into a final solution.
* Assure quality control during system implementation.
* Trouble-shoot and resolve technical problems in conjunction with the Quality Assurance and Support groups.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years experience in software implementation or development or County Tax or Appraisal Office experience or a combination thereof
* Object oriented design methodology understanding required
* Programming in SQL Server, Oracle or related technology required
* Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills required
* Business travel required (50%)
* May require extended work schedules, tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
* Must be able to work in a variety of social, cultural, legal, and political environments
* Sitting, eye sight, using hands/fingers, talking, hearing, occasionally lifting up to 25#
* Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance as determined by the supervisor's discretion
