Immediate Opportunity: Enterprise Program & Project Manager - Establishing PDLC-Agile Processes

LSA is looking for Enterprise Project Managers with PDLC-Agile, project intake, demand management and PPM process experience. Specifically, in project prioritization, process development and adoption. This position will interface directly with internal functions and requires someone with a track record in operational roles managing large projects, establishing and implementing governance processes, project intake & demand planning, EPIC and Hierarchy processes.

Required Qualifications:

* 8+ years establishing PDLC-Agile processes
* 6+ years leading PDLC-Agile enterprise programs and projects.
* A minimum of 5 years of project management process and governance setup, launch and

ongoing management experience, over multiple engagements.
* 4+ years of experience in the following areas:
* Development and management of work plans for the successful delivery of project or large track scope.
* Creation and Implementation of intake tracking mechanisms.
* Management of risks, dependencies and constraints.
* Project management and coordination.


* Execute on initiatives to realize desired future state, including short term and longer term activities.
* Experience at a top tier consulting firm is a plus.
* Bachelors required.
* Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
