Costco's Identity and Access Management group is responsible for the designing and hands on implementation of Identity Management solutions that meet the business requirement, goals and objectives while encompassing a wide range of technologies in accordance with Costco's strategy, architecture, and security standards and guidelines.
Tasks and responsibilities
Working with Identity technical leadership, this role will be responsible for design, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring and supporting Costco's Provisioning Services Infrastructure including integration of systems and applications utilizing this infrastructure.
* Processes all incidences and requests for Provisioning and other supported applications within IAM. * Performs QA testing for all of Non-prod and production issues and changes related to Provisioning process. * Performs Windows Server administration, patching, monitoring. * Works closely with other teams to ensure correct access for users. * Ensures technical design and implementation complies with established guidelines and standards. * Works mainly within ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager). * Assists in the design of enhanced security authorization and authentication models. * Develops, participates, and documents standard operating procedures, best practices and technical documentation. * Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards. * Automates and optimizes operational processes as appropriate. * Maintains current knowledge of industry trends and standards. * Provides 24x7 on-call support of production systems on a rotation basis. * Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary.

* SAP knowledge helpful. * Familiarity with Retail Industry compliance requirements (PCI, SOX, HIPAA). * Must be able to work with application teams and assist in implementing and tuning services that are reliable, available and performing. * Must track and trend metrics for continuous service improvement to include capacity, monitoring, auditing, growth, and maintenance. * Must be self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for excellence. * Successful internal candidates will have spent one year or more on their current team.
