Responsibilities:

* Utilize RQM to provide an environment to create, execute, and record test cases within test plans.
* Integrate RQM with other tools to provide an integrated test environment.
* Utilize RDNG to define and manage requirements in engineering projects.
* Integrate RDNG with other tools to provide an integrated requirements environment.

Skills & Knowledge:

* Experience using RQM throughout the development lifecycle for comprehensive test planning, test construction, and test artifact management.
* Experience integrating RQM with automated test tools.
* Experience integrating RQM with Relational Team Concert tools that can trace tests to requirements.
* Experience using RDNG to define and manage engineering project requirements in an efficient and organized manner.
* Experience using DOORS Extension Language (DXL) is desired.
* Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite competence (Word, Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
