Provide technical oversight for all Cybersecurity activities that are assigned
Conduct research and analysis on abnormalities and provide recommendations
Assist contract personnel with issues and concerns related to their assigned systems or functions
Provide oversight into all Cybersecurity activities as required
Perform other duties as assigned by the Government
Provide technical oversight for all USCIS systems; The PM will provide recommendations with enterprise issues such as patch management and vulnerability management.
Support all Security Authorization Process, Security Control Assessment and Ongoing Authorization activities as required and as directed by the Federal Government
Ensure system is properly patched and hardened according to DHS requirements
Conduct research and analysis on abnormalities and provide recommendations
Assist ISSOs with issues and concerns related to their assigned systems
Provide oversight into all ISSO as a Service responsibility and perform ISSO activities as required
Apply industry and Government standards and best practices as appropriate in the service areas specified in this SOW
Attend weekly status meetings with the Government Program Manager
Coordinate quarterly/monthly Program Management Review meetings with Government staff and Contractor management staff
Ensure use of USCIS OIT standard enterprise planning and tracking tools, and
Perform other duties as assigned by the Government
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree or minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing Security Operations;
Five (5) continuous years of Program Management experience;
Personnel serving in this task order must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET level clearance;
Active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent or higher certification
Active ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification or other comparable certification which must be approved in advance by the USCIS Government PM (on a case-by-case basis);
Be staffed in the Washington DC metropolitan area
Fluent knowledge of Agile development and management methodologies
Clearance: Must have an active Secret clearance
