Job Description

The Identity Access Management (IAM) Specialist I designs, develops, implements, and supports the components of complex identity based systems in the areas of identity and access management, directory services, workflow, security, provisioning and compliance. The IAM Specialist I partners with customers to define desired functionality changes and develops specifications to the IDM system ensuring the design and development meet the defined architectural footprint and are within corporate and departmental standards. The IAM Specialist I develops appropriate system and application interfaces ensuring quality and efficiency through capacity planning, performance assessment, and both integration and regression testing.

The ideal IAM Specialist I will hold a Bachelor's Degree combined with 1 year of relevant experience and is knowledgeable of identity based systems (Sun IDM, NetIQ, SailPoint, or Oracle IDM), Microsoft Window Server Operations, LDAP Directory Operations and security management within Active Directory using the RBAC model Script Programming (PowerShell preferred). The ideal IAM Specialist I will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work productively as a member of a team.

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
