To assist with in-house data processing. Help users with pc and network issues. Provide support to the IT department as needed, including completion of assigned special projects

* Assist with testing and upgrading XP2 enhancements and upgrades.
* Perform Monthly, Quarterly and Year-end processes.
* Perform daily processes including close of business.
* Research/ troubleshoot vendor related problems (invoices, programs, service)
* Assist manager's report writing requests.
* Assist with all system and network backups. Administer off-site tape storage
* Maintain department documentation including network diagram (Visio), software licenses, phone system and hardware inventory lists
* Provide PC software and hardware support
* Order supplies for the IT Department and maintain back office storage inventory.
* Assist with website/home banking inquiries/troubleshooting

Ability to learn XP2 core data-processing system

High School Diploma or GED required. Microsoft OS, Office, printer knowledge required. 6 months to one year of I.T. experience preferable in a financial institution. CU preferred.
