Hyperion Systems Developer, Senior Manager

Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager within the Finance team, you will:

* Organize and deliver financial consulting services on a cross-section of complex projects


* Responsible for the development of business and vendor relationships


* Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities and lead major aspects of the proposal development process


* Responsible for project(s) financials including development of financial plans


* Lead day-to-day interactions with executive clients and Deloitte team


* Establish relationships in strategic client positions; negotiate, lead, and facilitate these relationships


* Display both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues


* Provide counseling/coaching, leadership and support for delivery teams and staff


* Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process


* Focus on managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business


* Lead business development initiatives to grow the Finance team and the Federal practice


* Manage resources and budget on client projects


* Provide full lifecycle financial analytic systems management from requirements, design, development, and deployment



The Team

Finance & Enterprise Performance

Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver on premise and as-a-service technology solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

Qualifications

Required:

* Experience with Planning and Budgeting Systems and/or Experience with Financial Reporting Systems
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field


* 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in financial analysis, transformation or strategic initiatives


* 3+ years in a technical or functional leadership role


* Experience mentoring and coaching others


* Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities


* Experience managing senior-level client relationships


* Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)


* Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience


* Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business


* Ability to obtain and maintain the required Clearance for this role



Preferred:

* Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree


* Prior professional services or Government consulting experience


* Oracle Planning or OneStream experience


* Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica, or other ETL Tool Experience


* Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) or similar enterprise reporting Tools


* CDFM, CGFM and/or PMP certification
