* Performs business process analysis, design and simulation, sometimes at a complex level, with responsibility for quality improvement and process improvement.
* Liaison between Finance, Program Management and technical development groups to define concepts and/or high-level task plans to assure business needs are met. Creates and/or facilitates process design changes by integrating new systems and/or processes with existing ones.
* Write design specifications, user acceptance scripts, training documentation and business communications
* Provide leadership and guidance to the Business Process Lead network and maintain working relationships with all personnel to determine the impact of process changes and provide assistance to ensure business readiness.
* Provides support and solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions.
* Initiates communication with others outside immediate work group to work on new ideas or to counsel others, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

* Four to six years of progressively responsible job-related experience
* Strong understanding of business processes in the area of finance, expense and travel reporting.
* Has a broad understanding of technical processes, environments, problems and solutions as they relate to the organization's current Hyperion Essbase, HFM, FDMEE, and Hyperion Report Designer.

Preferred Qualifications

* Working Knowledge of procurement P-Card process and Stars Expense reporting process.
* Interpreting partner system requirements and specifications; analyzing data, layouts, requirements and documentation to determine development needs
* Ability to map existing 5C data to new ERP LN structure.
* Familiar with Caterpillar submission process, month and year end close, and Hyperion Cubes.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
* A strong desire and passion for enabling change.
* Preferably, candidate will have intimate knowledge of Lean 6Sigma / CPS and leverage these principles when leading and facilitating design sessions.
* Multi-facility support may require travel.
