We have an immediate opening for a Hyperion Administrator, based out of our New York City location.
What contribution will I make to Helen of Troy?
As a Hyperion Administrator, you will oversee and maintain the financial systems for all global enterprise and segment levels. You will also ensure the necessary financial reporting tools are available and reliable for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial close, as well as, all forecast and budget cycles and daily operations. This role will help develop and manage ad hoc reports, profit and cost center budgets, KPI dashboards, and create reports and presentations in both Excel and PowerPoint.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee financial systems metadata governance and maintenance to ensure critical metadata are set up accurately and timely.
* Assist in the setup and finalization of annual plan and quarterly forecast, assist in the data load of 3-year plan and support users in the finalization of the plan/forecast cycles.
* Administer, monitor, maintain and test financial systems suite of applications including development and user access provisions.
* Troubleshoot and provide recommendations for errors reported in financial systems.
* Ensure effective day-to-day operations of financial systems and assist all users of financial systems, making sure all inquiries are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
What are the requirements for consideration?
* Bachelor's Degree or other 4-year Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
* 3+ years' relevant work experience required.
* Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Financial Reporting System, Hyperion Essbase Oracle or Demantra is highly preferred.
* Experience leading or playing a key role in large scale projects.
* Financial acumen including working experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and related skills.
