We are currently seeking a Human Resources Analyst - Talent System Administrator to join our team in either Redmond, WA, or Canoga Park, CA.

This position supports the enterprise-wide Talent Management (TM) System to ensure talent initiatives are set up in the system and serves as a primary point of contact for system users. Will also entail support for the Talent Management team, including issue escalation to the HRIS team and development of system learning aids; creating and enforcing internal and producing and reviewing reports for HR.

This position may be filled at the level posted or one level higher.

Essential Job Functions (Including % of Time for Each)

Working under general supervision:

45% - Support other Talent Management users / sites • Work with users to explain functionality of the TM system across all sites • Manage user questions within a queue, keeping to standardized SLAs • Maintain a patient, encouraging demeanor, providing responsive and accurate solutions • Support Talent Management team projects including coordination and documentation for system aspects of the project, helping to ensure deadlines are met.

25% - Maintain data integrity rules and processes for the system such as role permissions and confidential talent data. • Help develop business processes, manage system utilization, and address reporting questions • Help identify system issues and escalate to the HRIS team as necessary • Support configuration changes • Administer user access and business rules in support of defined business processes • Upload and configure training content and activities • Configure training to meet business needs - including standardized or custom solutions

20% - Partner with the HRIS team to manage TM Reporting • Audit talent management activity and training, monitor and edit data • Ensure reports are prepared and developed for management • Use reporting features to perform analysis and communicate information about talent management to other business teams • Support others in developing and using talent management reports. • Evaluate new talent management functionality and features, including testing and providing training • Participate in software validation activities

10% - Communication • Serve as the main point of contact and system expert for users and coordinate communications regarding system upgrades, changes, and corporate training initiatives/projects • Performs additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to, assisting in various other projects with the Human Resources department.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and three (3) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with administration of a Cornerstone Learning Management System strongly preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

* One to two years of experience in talent management administration
* Experience with the Oracle and/or Cornerstone preferred
* Proficiency in Oracle Reporting OBIEE preferred
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of talent management practices preferred
* Proficient in using a database and excellent knowledge of database structure (Oracle DB preferred)

U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (U.S. Citizenship required). Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Employees in these positions must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to sit or stand and maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; may occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 15 pounds; may require occasional walking, climbing, stooping, crouching, and/or bending; and vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. May require the ability to travel by air or auto. May require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and shop coat. These positions may be expected to work varying shifts and hours to ensure successful operation of activities in the organization.
