Summary

The HRIT role coordinates the Region Americas demand of HRIT services and projects in partnership with the Global HR IT and process Lead. The role will support the global HRIT Strategy and will be involved with global projects and managing regional projects. This role will provide system support, innovative and integrated reports, and operational support and will partner on long-term strategic solutions. RAM is comprised of the United States, Canada and Mexico. Systems include ADP (eTime, Health & Welfare Platform, ESS, and MSS), SAP, SuccessFactors, etc. This position provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems within HR. Manages the HR IT system changes and any processes related to these systems. Supports HR applications including day-to-day operations, issue resolution, monitoring, problem identification and diagnosis. The position requires working with various HR and IT stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate into technical specification for actionable solutions. As well as a control and coordination position of the regional system providers which deliver IT Services for the HR organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Regional HRIT System Manager and subject matter expert, which includes but is not limited to:
* Local Support for Global HRIT Projects
* First level support regarding all HRIT applications and providing ongoing support and training on HR systems
* Development of proposals and solutions regarding regional needs
* Manage regional projects and local component of global projects (i.e., support implementations, upgrades, perform testing and maintain documentation for RAM HRIT systems).
* Bringing regional interests and needs into the development and operation of global HR systems and applications.Creation and maintenance of system documentation (i.e., processes and procedures, user guides, training/operating manuals and SOPs, etc.)
* Overall accountability for ensuring strong processes are in place in the HR community to support data integrity to include quality, accuracy, and usability of data to support related interfaces
* Partner with Global HRIT, IT and outside vendors as appropriate in support of the systems. Partners with Global HRIT to determine appropriate system-related solutions.
* Collaborate with global and regional leaders in Human Resources, Information Technology and Finance to develop and enhance HR's reporting capabilities providing a suite of reports from HRIT systems


* Hands on support and management of all RAM HRIT systems, which includes, but is not limited to:
* Customer support and communication with the global HR community.
* Support HR in US, Canada and Mexico on day to day system queries and issues in HRIT systems (such as ADP (Payroll, Benefits and E-time), SAP, Success Factors, etc.
* Responsible for day-to-day system support, including interfaces to external vendors and ensure resolution of all system related issues.
* Act as a technical expert and administrator of HRIT systems including maintenance of system users, maintenance of documentation such as job aids, training manuals, configuration and other support related documents.
* Work with Global HRIT on projects, resolving HRIT issues, SAP and Success Factors related support, mass uploads and data quality checks.
* Maintains employee records and inputs data in HRIT systems, as needed. Ensures the organization structure is set up correctly within SAP; requires regular interaction with HR to keep abreast of organization changes and personnel changes.
* Ensure all HRIT systems data are compliant with regional and global standards
* Maintain vendor relations and is the responsible contact for external support tickets.
* Partner with Compliance and support internal and external audits related to HRIT systems, user compliance and data access.
* Audit entry into the HRIT system and support HR to ensure accuracy and increase efficiency. Implement audit control steps to ensure data integrity and compliance with establish standards.
* Lead and design training initiatives for HR systems to ensure all users receive appropriate training on any tools HR provides.
* Contact for the global HR community and the global IT organization, for all questions regarding the regional HR system landscape in the countries and its applications.





REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree in IT or systems related degree and/or related field is required
* 7 to 10 years of relevant HRIT experience including knowledge of HR administration, organization management, time management and payroll processing
* ADP and SAP HCM experience required (i.e., ADP Work Force Now, ev5; SAP: Org Management, Reporting and Queries) and other AddOn tools (i.e., SuccessFactors, OrgPublisher)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office required
* Demonstrated understanding of how HR technology works and its application including experience with data migrations. Keeps current on HR system trends and best practices


* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and define how effectively varying technologies and business practices meet business requirements


* Proven experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects


* Customer service oriented with a focus on understanding the end user perspective and resolving end user issues quickly and accurately.


* Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills; able to provide analysis to understand root causes and always looking for ways to improve systems and processes


* Exceptional communication (written and oral), interpersonal and organization skills required


* Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employment data in a confidential and appropriate manner


* Demonstrated experience in Intercultural effectiveness and sensitivity


* Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% to 50% required
