Copart is looking for an ADP Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator to perform various reporting and data processing tasks.HRIS Administrator responsibilities include managing our internal databases, keeping employee records in digital formats and educating users on how to use our HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with database administration and Human Resources Management software, like payroll or applicant tracking systems.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of our HR software.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Supports HR system implementations, configurations, upgrades and enhancements * Provides guidance, expertise and technical support to ADP users * Create training modules and conduct training to business users * Process and initiates activity based on schedules of the business (performance reviews, goals, merit increases etc.) * Manages user security roles and permissions * Run and analyze reports * Research and troubleshoot issues as needed * Create and maintain user documentation * Create and maintain SOW for ADP activities * Bachelor's degree * 3+ years' experience in HR preferred * 3+ years' experience with HRIS Systems, with hiring preference given to those with ADP system experience * Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills required * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy * Solid understanding of HR requirements in compliance and confidentiality * Strong PC skills such as Word and Outlook and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, etc.) required
