General Overview

This is a mid-level functional analyst position supporting one or more of the following: PeopleSoft, Taleo, ServiceNow, Blue Prism and other HR systems. General responsibilities include production support, implementation and systems upgrades. Specific job responsibilities include user/system support, systems and business analysis, documenting business processes and systems requirements, designing future business processes and systems requirements, systems configuration and testing. There could also be an aspect of coding and development depending on the system.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Systems Analysis: Responsible for helping to facilitate the development of end-user requirements; documenting such requirements and working with technical staff to implement these requirements. Participate in testing and validating system fixes and enhancements and assisting with user acceptance testing. System analysis work tends to be project-based, centered on one or more of the following areas:

Implementing new PeopleSoft, Taleo, or ServiceNow functionality

Upgrading existing PeopleSoft, Taleo, or ServiceNow modules

Assisting with the configuration of existing or new Partners applications

Enhancing existing components of PeopleSoft, Taleo, or ServiceNow (new queries, reports, etc.)

Implementing third-party products to work with Partners applications

Testing and applying fixes

Production Support: The successful candidate will work as a member of a team of functional and technical Systems Analysts working with and supporting operational units in the usage of HR systems.

Special Projects: The manager or director will assign special projects. Projects could range from supporting the rollout of functionality to end-users, assisting with training classes, procedural or documentation assignments.

System Coding and Development: The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of visual basic language, C . Ideal candidate will have worked within Service Now as an administrator (or developer) and/or Blue prism as an AI developer.

The qualifications to support the above duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2. Must possess good communication skills both orally and written to provide the appropriate level of production support, communicating issues and resolutions to all levels of staff and management

3. Must posses 3 - 5 years business analyst and/or human resources experience

4. Must be willing to contribute as a team player, sharing information willingly and accurately

5. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision

6. Must be able to take initiative in presenting and contributing to the resolution of complex issues

Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required

The Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required to support the above duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

1. Must be knowledgeable of MS Office tools

2. Experience with Human Resources is beneficial

3. Training or experience with systems requirements analysis and design is beneficial

4. Experience with relational databases is beneficial

5. General experience with interfaces is beneficial

6. Light computer programming is beneficial
