Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst will manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) - Success Factors Employee Central. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing employee records, the integrations between payroll and benefit systems, HR analytics, system upgrades, and will serve as the liaison between field users and IT.

What will you do?

* Provide global end user support on data entry procedures, system navigation and reporting
* Responsible for preparation, analysis and distribution of monthly reports; provides special reports and analyses to support the business as necessary
* Create and lead trainings for new users, managers and HR leaders globally
* Ensure accuracy and data integrity of HRIS system through periodic reviews and audits
* Assist in the development or modification of HRIS processes to meet changing demands and improve department performance and service levels
* Assist with HRIS upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned
* Assist with other HR projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in related field with four plus years of experience using HRIS systems
* Experience as a SuccessFactors administrator is a must
* Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, specifically v-lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting and advanced formula writing as well as mail merge with Word & Excel
* Implementation of HRIS and/or integration of HRIS with other systems (payroll, ERP, etc)
* Financial acumen with creating, reading and analyzing reports
* Strong understanding of HRIS structure, functions and processes
* Familiar with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures including Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management and Recruiting
* Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users and facilitate effective outcomes
* Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work to produce required results
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
