Job Description

Providence St Joseph Health is calling a Senior Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to sit in any of our office locations in in WA, OR, CA, TX, AK, and MT.

In this position you will:

* Perform technical and analytical functions for the HR and related areas for complex information system needs.
* Regularly identify, design and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of human resource and related financial data.
* Act as the liaison between business teams, application vendors and IS for system integrations, enhancements and issue fixes.
* Be responsible for translating business needs to system design, conduct system/data analysis, and participating in testing and deployment activities.
* Actively participate in and lead creating audit plans, schedules and testing of system upgrades and new configurations.
* Analyze data and provides guidance in making employee related decisions.

Required qualifications for this position include:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
* Five (5) years' experience with supporting one or more modules in complex HR and/or payroll systems such as Lawson, Infor, Workday, Oracle, ADP, Kronos, Taleo, Success Factors
* Report writing skills using SQL or T-SQL for large, complex organizations
* Healthcare industry experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

* PHR or SPHR certification
