As a HRIS Consultant III, you will provide strong consultation and technical expertise relative to the development and implementation of HRIS related projects. You will partner to deliver results that exceed client expectations and will be responsible for all stages of HRIS project development, including but not limited to requirements definition, project planning, development, testing, and implementation. You will document project related activities and work independently or with management to resolve client relations issues. You will maintain a high level of customer service with all partners you support.

What You'll Do:

* Provide systems consultation support and analysis across multiple HR disciplines.
* Partner with internal teams to understand needs, document requirements and provide solutions.
* Perform Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, process and tenant configuration, data loads, integrations and version upgrades.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to identify solutions and process improvement recommendations, execute on configuration changes and implement new functionality.
* Assist in development and execution of all phases of testing related to new and existing functionality as well as system updates; consistently monitoring Workday Community for changes and systems impacts.
* Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis. Utilize technical skills to remediate and create sustainable solutions.
* Assist with cross-training and knowledge share activities to enhance team's ability to provide cross-functional support.
* Act as a subject matter expert for applications supporting recruiting and real estate & facilities.

Skills and Experience

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or 4 years direct work experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of technical configuration experience, preferably with Workday or a similar cloud based HR solution.
* Experience working with EIBs.
* Experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting preferred.
* Strong understanding of the Human Resources function and its end-to-end processes.
* Experience with Lean methodology or Six Sigma a plus.
* Self-motivated, client-focused, and organized with excellent customer service skills.
* Successful in both independent and group settings.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
